I had used another agent to list the house last fall. While the house had fairly active interests, the house was not sold. Then, I contracted with Nancy in February, and we received an offer within 9 days and the house closed on time in 30 days. I was able to witness how a great agent can make a huge difference in real estate transactions. I can honestly say that I felt I was in good hands after seeing how Nancy works. She listened and understood our needs, and was extremely responsive to our calls/texts. There was a great photographer to showcase the house to begin. Once the house was listed, Nancy closely monitored and shared activities on the house, including daily search results to track market interest on the property, and timely showing feedback, where she followed up multiple times to obtain prospective buyer/agent feedback after each showing. Of course, Nancy was always very patient explaining her thoughts and recommendations. While in escrow, the house inspection uncovered unexpected problems with the house. I was out of town during the inspection contingency period, but Nancy was able to get an estimate for the repair and effectively negotiated with the buyers to keep the contract going and close on time.
