I had used another agent to list the house last fall. While the house had fairly active interests, the house was not sold. Of course, Nancy was always very patient explaining her thoughts and recommendations. While in escrow, the house inspection uncovered unexpected problems with the house. I was out of town during the inspection contingency period, but Nancy was able to get an estimate for the repair and effectively negotiated with the buyers to keep the contract going and close on time.
